Thomasboro Academy has been designated as a Targeted Support & Improvement Additional Targeted Support (TSI-AT) school by the North Carolina State Board of Education. Which means there is an opportunity to improve educational outcomes for all students, close achievement gaps, increase equity, and improve the quality of instruction.

 

The JSUNAA Metro Charlotte Chapter has adopted Thomasboro Academy and will work with the school to assist in addressing social and economical needs. Last year we donated $150 in gift cards for families during the Christmas holiday; we provided workshops and mentoring to families and students, we are looking to support their food pantry by donating. Please consider donating and volunteering.
